Made-to-order sarees: timing, design and cancellation

Made-to-order sarees: timing, design and cancellation

Atulya’s made-to-order service uses the confirmed yarn, colour and design. Allow approximately 30 days for making and seven days for delivery. The ₹1,000 partial-COD advance is non-refundable.

Made to order is a fulfilment choice

When a piece is not ready in inventory, Atulya can arrange for its artisans to make it for the order. The purchase remains available through Add to bag, while the product status and delivery timeline change to made to order.

The brand has confirmed that the same yarn, colour and design can be reproduced. Confirm the specific piece and any required details before ordering. This service does not mean every product is an open custom-design commission; requests beyond the shown design need a separate discussion.

Allow for making and preparation time

The merchant’s stated schedule is approximately 30 days of making followed by seven days for delivery across India. A ready piece has a tentative 7–15-day delivery timeline. In a mixed bag, read each line’s status so that you know which products need making time.

For an occasion, also allow time for blouse stitching and fitting after arrival. Contact the team if your event date is close to the stated schedule. A category or festival banner cannot determine whether the entire outfit will be ready by your deadline.

Know the cancellation terms before paying

A cancellation request within 48 hours of placing the order is eligible for a refund, with the exception that the ₹1,000 partial-COD advance remains non-refundable. Later cancellation requests are reviewed case by case based on the order’s situation.

For assisted partial COD, speak with the team about the payment arrangement before proceeding. Do not assume a specific payment option will be offered for every address at checkout. Keep your order number and any order-specific confirmation when contacting support.
