Before checkout, confirm the fabric, colour, blouse, fulfilment timeline, total payable amount and exchange conditions for the exact piece you have selected.
Check what you are buying
Read the individual fabric description, length and any stated weight. Look at the full drape, border and pallu. If the fibre field only names a tradition, ask for the missing material detail. A catalogue title can help you find the product but does not replace its specifications.
Confirm the dominant colour across the available photographs. Screen settings and lighting can affect appearance. If matching an existing blouse or jewellery is essential, speak with the team about the actual shade before ordering.
Check what comes with the saree
Find the blouse inclusion and stitching status. An unstitched piece needs tailoring; a model wearing a finished blouse does not prove that blouse is supplied. If the length is stated, check with your tailor whether it suits your planned design.
For premium products, ask for any product-specific proof you need, such as stated yarn or provenance. Brand documents and general artisan stories explain context; individual product claims should be supported at the appropriate scope. Do not fill gaps by assuming every item has the same certification.
Check when it arrives and what you will pay
Read ready or made-to-order status. Ready pieces have a tentative 7–15-day merchant timeline; made-to-order pieces need approximately 30 days for making plus seven for delivery. Leave additional time for blouse stitching if you have an event date.
Review the final checkout amount, offer conditions, delivery charge and available payment methods. Read the cancellation and exchange policy before paying. Keep your order number for support, and report a damaged or incorrect product within the stated 48-hour delivery window with photographs.
