1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–10 business days for crafting before dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above 5000/- within India.
  • For orders below that amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹150 will apply.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

3. Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India):

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other regions: 5–10 business days

International Orders:

  • Delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and shipping partner availability.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays).

4. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed logistics providers such as [e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, FedEx] to ensure timely and safe delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your order directly using the link provided.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
  • If a delivery is attempted and fails due to unavailability, the courier may retry or return the product to us.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country.
  • Atulya Karigari is not liable for delays caused due to customs clearance processes.
