Refund policy

At Atulya Karigari, each product is handcrafted with love and care by skilled artisans. As most of our creations are made-to-order or limited editions, we have a limited refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at info@atulyakarigari.com with:

• Order number
• Photo(s) of the product and packaging
• Reason for return
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipping.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment 7–10 business days.
• In case of prepaid orders, the shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Items bought during clearance sales
