Exchange Policy

At Atulya Karigari, every product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. As most of our products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges only. We do not offer returns or refunds except where required under applicable law.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You raise the exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@atulyakarigari.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available or provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for another product of equal value.

  • Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be returned to the customer without an exchange.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items
